Multiplexed Mental Health Field.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on how things are going.
I have to admit that Mental Health is perplexing, in fact that is an understatement.
I have been busy working part-time, volunteering and taking a course in Life Skills at Self-Help.
The Potential Place Group Show was a success at raising awareness about the very delicate issue of Mental Health.

I have been trying to put more emphasis into being humble and having a good healthy sense of humour.
I am profoundly interested in objects of philosophical significance in regards to "Art Placement".
In fact, I may do some art theoretical writing about that topic.
I saw my dietician and got some advice about my health.

I was happy to learn that Self-help references the Canadian Charter of Human Rights in their literature.

Anyways,
hope you are doing well, and working towards your wellness and success the best you can.

When I met Aphex Twin at a Faceparty in the Uk, I was like any fan meeting their hugest influence, a little nervous, a little surprised that he was just mingling amidst the crowd. After his set I asked him for an autograph, he obliged, however the pen I had wouldn't work, I grimaced and he smiled and wandered away. I would get a second chance, I was sitting on a step and he came and sat down beside me. I said to him "Hi my name is ____ nice to meet you" and this is the weird part - his response was "fucking rank". To say the least, it has reassured me that this artist is certainly on a unique "level". I did get his autograph and he very messily scrawled "Manmaster" on a Mayor of London sketchpad that I had found in the streets. I hadn't heard of him using that moniker before. It just adds to the incredible mystique this guy has built and I have since misplaced the autograph, however it may turn up and it would be interesting to share if I do find it.

2.) Anne Janelle & James Hill's song - A Good Lover, is very nice.
3.) Quartz crystal data storage is very promising.

When I saw Kraftwerk in Tokyo with Naokitolicious, I wondered about the reason why DJ Sasha intentionally dragged the needle across the record, resulting in a very unpleasant sound. To my surprise nobody complained.

It was just one of many AHHA moments I had in the Orient.

Buying used cds at thrift shops for 2 bucks, yes please.

Hi Everyone,

I became connected with Limelighter, they are an arts promoter and event organizer company. Also we are working on a big event at the clubhouse for mental health awareness. The economy is slowing down, which is worrisome however the future is bright, we just have to keep at it.

The Nickelodeon Music Club events have been really fun, and I have enjoyed meeting new people there. Joe Nolan and Matt Patershuk are both really great artists. I really like the song "I Was So Fond Of You" by Matt. It is a heartfelt song about losing someone.

I am so surprised that Aphex Twin has decided to release a bunch of really groovy music under an anonymous alias on soundcloud. It just goes to show you that there are artists that aren't just in it for the dollar bills and actually care about their fans.

That makes me feel like all my efforts in my art practice haven't been in vain. I noticed someone stop and appreciate one of my paintings at the clubhouse yesterday, that was a nice feeling. I got a big 2 x 3 canvas I am going to work on when I get my mojo going.

It is a constant state of reinventing yourself and keeping a fresh outlook on life despite the miserable conditions that might exist.

2015 has arrived.

Hi everyone,

So some news to report. We have lost 2 board members at the clubhouse, so we are working on getting those replaced. It was a good time over the holidays with family and friends. We are having a member group exhibition planned for October in the community of Inglewood. I am looking forward to that.

My health is going ok, I switched meds and am on a low dose of Latuda. Somebody stole a snowblower from the shed in Building #2 of Clubhouse Housing, which is disappointing.

I have been working on my site adding new and old work. I have also moved some of my poetry from allpoetry.com to my own poetry page. As well, I have added an Artist Links page to some of the very cool artists I have met and worked with over the years.
